Omnia Circa Caviar. It's Latin for what we've always believed: it's all about the caviar.
KHAVYAR was born from a passion for the finer things — international cuisine, thoughtful sourcing, and the conviction that exceptional caviar shouldn't require a flight to Moscow or a trip to a specialty shop that may or may not have what you want. We set out to build something simpler: a direct line from the world's finest caviar farms to your table.
What We Do
We are purveyors. We curate, source, and ship premium caviar — more than fifteen varieties, spanning both domestic American farms and the great aquaculture operations of Europe and the Middle East — and we deliver it directly to you, overnight, at the peak of its freshness.
That direct relationship matters. Retail caviar can sit in warehouses and display cases for weeks. Ours ships fresh, in custom insulated packaging, from farm to door in less than 48 hours. The difference is something you taste.
How We Source
Every tin we carry has earned its place. Our domestic selections include wild-caught Hackleback and Paddlefish from the Mississippi River basin, and sustainably farmed White Sturgeon from the artesian spring-fed farms of California — the gold standard of American caviar. Our imported range spans Belgian Siberian Gold, Italian Giaveri Osetra and Siberian, Israeli Galilee selections, and the extraordinarily rich Beluga Hybrid, farmed in controlled European environments that replicate the sturgeon's natural habitat.
Sustainability is not a marketing position for us. Wild Beluga sturgeon are critically endangered. The global caviar industry very nearly collapsed under the pressure of overfishing. We source exclusively from farms and operations that take a long view — that treat the fish, the water, and the ecosystem with the same care we expect in the final product. We believe that the finest caviar, today, is farmed caviar.

Great caviar doesn't require a formal occasion. It requires good company, a cold bottle of something sparkling, and the confidence to open the tin.
