This fine Osetra can be enjoyed simply with lightly buttered toast points, dressed with Crème fraîche on blini, or direct from the tin. As with all fine caviars, Giaveri Osetra should be thoroughly chilled before serving in the coldest part of the refrigerator. A mother-of-pearl spoon should be used to serve the chilled caviar in order to best showcase the delicate flavor of this exceptional variety.
