This Israeli Osetra caviar boasts medium-sized pearls with an incredible, firm texture. Like other Osetra caviars, Galilee Prime can be described as having a nutty flavor— however, Galilee Prime skews toward notes of hazelnut, making it an even more rare and delightful delicacy.
Khavyar’s Osetra Galilee Prime comes from certified Russian brood stock sturgeon that are raised in crystalline waters in Dan Springs, Israel. Mountaintop snow from Mount Herman melts and flows through the Jordan River to feed the sturgeon ponds, naturally creating the immaculate environment in which the sturgeon are raised. Each sturgeon’s diet is carefully monitored to produce the best possible caviar— the sturgeon are fed an all-natural assortment of plants and proteins selected with great care.
